I Spy Placemats
Here is another project out of 4 X 4 squares. You will need 12 squares for each placemat. I used a heavy pellon for the center (white layer in the pic). Backing fabric, I also made the binding from that. I made 1/4 inch seams so my binding was cut at 2 1/2 inches and pressed in half.
Press the top and pin it all together. I just pinned the corners.
Sew the binding on the top. I folded the corners into 45 degree angles.
so creative. using placemats as teaching tools is so awesome. i need to get on this. I came over from NapTime creations link up, I'm excited to see more of your creations.
