Crock Pot Pork Ribs

5 lbs. pork ribs ~ mine were thawed
I salt and peppered them, cut them into pieces and placed them in the crock pot
2 apples, cut ~ mine were green with skins on
1 onion ~ I cut mine in rings so picky eaters can easily throw them back
12 oz. can of Pepsi
18 oz. bottle of BBQ sauce ~ I used Kraft

I cooked these on low for 5 hours and they were fall off the bone tender.
