Pot Roast

Pot Roast

Thaw a Nice Beef Roast
Place roast in a Crock Pot with about 2 cups water.  Season with salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Let it cook about 6 hours.  You want it really tender.  After about 6 hours and about 1 or 1 1/2 hours before you want dinner to be ready prepare vegetables.  Wash and peel potatoes, carrots, & onions.  Cut into small pieces and place prepared vegetables in with the meat.  Season again with salt and pepper.  When vegetables are tender it't time for dinner!  Remove from Crock-pot and sprinkle with parsley. This is one of those dinners that really make you happy that BEEF it's what's for dinner!!
Enjoy

  4. Wow that looks so good! I made something very similar a few weeks ago. Nothing like kicking off winter with a good pot roast.
