Taco Quesadilla's

This is a delicious quick fix.

Brown 1 pound of hamburger, add onion if you like and drain if needed.  Add one package of Taco Seasoning, with a little water to break it down.  Stir well.
You can spread butter on the tortilla shells, but I don't.  I spray the pan for the first one and that is it.

Spread sour cream on half of the shell and sprinkle the whole shell with shredded cheese.  Scoop the meat onto half of the shell.  Heat until the cheese melts and fold in half in the skillet.

These cook up and hold there shape like a hard shell taco without the breaking on the first bite.  These are a hit here, and we hope they are at your home too.
