Egg Salad Sandwich

We do this from time to time through out the year, but always at Easter to use up the eggs.  The guys love it!

Boil eggs, cool, peel and add to bowl.  Mash with a fork, but not to fine.  Add a squirt of mustard and spoonful of relish.  Add miracle whip to cream it all together.  I don't have any measurement, I just doing this according to how it looks.  The guys always love it. . .I guess that makes it fool~proof!  This was spread on toasted bread.
