Carrot Bundt Cake

Carrot Bundt Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated raw carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
Sift dry ingredients; add oil and beat well.  Add eggs, beat well.  Add grated carrots and nuts, mixing well.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased and floured pan.

I made a few different cakes for my Husband's birthday and this one  the family really seemed to enjoy.  I hope you will try it and enjoy it also!  Happy baking!!
