Fruit Slush Mix

4 cups sugar
4 cups water
1/2 lemon juice
1 46 oz. can pineapple juice
1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
Ginger~ale to cover cubes, I used Sprite.

Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan.  Heat until sugar is dissolved.  Add orange, lemon and pineapple juice.  Fill 6 to 7 ice cube trays with mixture.  Freeze until firm.  Remove cubes from freezer trays and store in ziploc bag.  Use within 6 months.

This is a fun recipe that is handy to have in the freezer.  We thought this would be a fun recipe to share with the holiday season right around the corner.  We actually use this all year, it is that good.
