Hamburger & Rice Casserole

Hamburger and Rice Casserole

1 lb browned and scrambled hamburger
1/2 large red bell pepper chopped
2 long stalks celery chopped
salt and pepper to taste
5 cups water
3 chicken bullion cubes
1 cup Iconic Basmic Rice (or regular rice)
4 or 5 shakes of Soy sauce

Instructions:
Brown meat, when almost completely cooked add peppers, celery, salt and pepper, water and bullion cubes.  Bring water to a boil then add rice.  Cook until rice is tender then add Soy Sauce.  Cook a few minutes longer so Soy Sauce combines it's flavor with all other ingredients.
