These steaks were washed and put in a hot skillet. I added enough Teriyaki sauce to cover them, this will depend on how many steaks you have and the size of your skillet. Then squirt about a tablespoon of honey on each steak. These were little backstrap steaks, you would want more for a larger steak. Cook until browned on the bottom and turn them. Once they are turned keep splashing the sauce up on the steaks until they are done to keep they moist, you don't want them to dry out.
