I know that Shepherds Pie is traditionally made from lamb, but not today. :o) I used 2 pounds of cubed venison, browned it and added a 24 ounce jar of salsa.
This is also a great way to used left over mashed potatoes. I put the mashed potatoes on top then topped with Pepper Jack cheese. It's a man pleaser at my house. Thanks for Buzzing by,
