Taco Sauce ~ I used Taco Bell, 1/2 bottle, about 3.5 ounces.
I added a couple of shakes of chopped garlic, because I like it with venison.
Cook until meat is done.
I poured 2/3 of a bag of Doritos into a casserole dish. I used Cook Ranch ~ personal favorite.
Dot a can of 15 oz. Chili on the Doritos
Add the meat mixture next.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove casserole from oven and spread on 1 cup sour cream, and sprinkle on grated cheese about 2 cups. Crumb up the 1/3 of Doritos left in the bag and pour on top of cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
