Beef Steak Sandwich

If you are viewing this from a link party, please take time to BUZZ around our
blog and see what the BEE's have been up to.  We update daily, so BUZZ by often!

Beef Steak Sandwich
My husband takes a lunch to work everyday............
So, I try to think of different ways to make a sandwich.
This sandwich is made from Beef Steak.  Our two sons have been married for a few years now
but for some reason we still often cook as if they are going to be here for dinner.
So I take the Beef Steak that (they weren't here to eat!)  and I put it in my trusty Kenmore Food Processor that one of my sons and his sweet wife gave me and Ta Da!  My hubby gets a different kind of sandwich!!
Here is the recipe -

Ground up Beef Steak (Or Roast)
Cheese cut into small cubes
Pickles cut into small pieces
Miracle Whip to make it as moist as you like it.
Salt and Pepper
Mix it up and it tastes great!!
I made it last night and my husband complimented me on it repeatedly.  NOTHING is better than making the hubby happy!!

    1. Thanks. It is hard to adjust after you are use to cooking for more. It is always nice to have the kids around.
