Mom's Country Meat Loaf

3/4 cup milk
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 tea. salt
1/2 tea. sage
dash of pepper
2 pounds ground beef

Topping:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tea. Worcestershire sauce

Bake at 350 degrees until no pink remains.

  1. I have not made a successful meat loaf in ages (they taste good, but the loaf part is lacking)...I am missing the Ritz crackers! They make everything better!
