Tin Foil Dinner
Potatoes, Carrots, & Onion sent through the food processor-
Press Hamburger out and place veggies on top, shape and bake in aluminum foil.
I sprayed the aluminum foil with pam before I placed food on it.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Open and enjoy!
My Hubby put ketchup on some of his. He really liked this! This always makes me happy!
Another option is cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken soup. Put the soup on the hamburger before baking.
Or serve with brown gravy.
Note: If you do make ahead and put in the freezer put a dollup of soup on the bottom and top of the hamburger, veggie mix so it doesn't stick to the foil.
