Easy, Flavorful Hashbrowns

Oh, potato lovers you are going to love this!

Wash a bunch a potatoes, coat them with olive oil to make them fluffy and sprinkle them with Kosher salt.  Poke them, so they don't explode and bake them like baked potatoes.  When cool I just put them in the fridge on the same pan I baked them on until I'm ready to use them.
Add some olive oil to a skillet to coat it.  Heat the pan while cutting up the potatoes and through them in.  I added a little McCormick Grill Mates, Montreal Steak seasoning for a little flavor and color.  Just whatever you like.  Brown potatoes.  They are great here, but I have ham. . .
I cut up a couple of slices of spiral cut ham and added it . . .YUM.   This is good here too, but wait!
Most everything is better with cheese.  I added cheese right at the last to let it melt up on top.  This is a pretty quick way to make delicious homemade hashbrowns.  Hope you try it.
