Brown Sugar and Honey Pork Chops

I love to go camping, and when I go I like the food easy and delicious.  For these pork chops I just washed them and put them in a ziploc bag.  I had 5 pork chops in the bag and added 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup honey.  Then I just zipped the bag and kneaded it together so that all the pork chops were covered.  I left them in the fridge for overnight and then we cooked them.  They were very good.  They reminded us of bacon, which we love!

Orange, Maple Pork Chops

For these pork chops I washed them and put them in a ziploc bag.  I had 5 pork chops and added enough orange juice, (ready to drink kind from the fridge) a large squirt of maple syrup, a couple shakes ginger and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce.  Then I just kneaded it together in the baggie to mix.  I left these in the fridge for 2 days and they were so tender and yummy.  The whole family loved them, even my youngest that doesn't like pork chops!!

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic
2 tsp. Sugar

Clean corn, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoning.  Roll up in tin foil and BBQ.

Italian Burgers

For these burgers I used 2 pounds ground beef, I cup up about 1/4 cup of Pepper Jack cheese and squirted about 1/2 of Italian Salad Dressing in (enough to make really moist).  Mix together and BBQ.

As mentioned before this is how I BBQ burgers:
Shape into burgers. I divided the meat into four burgers.
Shape it and pat it down a little in the center to BBQ,
this makes it so they will cook through instead of puffed up in the center.
Enjoy the rest of summer ~ fire up the BBQ!

BBQ Corkscrew Wursts

This is the kind I used in today.  They all will corkscrew up like this.
Lay them out on the cutting board and I cut them all at the same time on an angle.
Be careful not to cut through them.
Turn them over and cut them the same way, same direction for this affect.

BBQ them on the grill and watch them pop.

Almost ready.
In a skillet with some olive oil saute some peppers and onions.
For these I used banana peppers ~ whatever you like.

Top with peppers, onions and grated cheese.
Add the topping you like ~ you can see we like ketchup.
Enjoy.
