1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. butter

In a skillet cook the asparagus in about 2 cups of water and let boil for 8 - 10 minutes, until asparagus is still a little crunchy.  Strain out the water and add the rest of the ingredients.  Toss and cook on low for 2 - 3 minutes more until asparagus is covered with lemon and butter.
