Hamburger Steak

2 pounds ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 onion ~ sliced
2 cloves garlice ~ minced
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1 (.75 ounce) package brown gravy mix

Combine ground beef, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce.  Shape mixture into patties.
In a large skillet, cook onion, garlic and patties until browned.  Drain skillet, reserving
1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.  In a small bowl, combine broth and gravy mix, whisking until smooth.  Add broth mixture to skillet.  Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until gravy gets thick and patties are warmed through.
