Eggs and Bacon Breakfast Wrap
Eggs & Bacon Breakfast Wraps
9 large eggs
1 cup cream
Blend in blender, then cook scrambled eggs salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 1 lb bacon and crumble in eggs after they are cooked. Add 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice while eggs are still warm.
Place mixture in tortillas and close with toothpicks.
You can make as large or as small of a recipe as you wish. I make more and freeze them. Place waxed paper between each wrap so you can separate them easily. It works best if you get out what you need from the freezer the night before. Then pop it in the microwave. About 90 seconds for a wrap that is thawed.
