1 tube refrigerated biscuits
1 pound ground beef
1 pound sausage
enough BBQ sauce to make gooey, I used Sweet Baby Ray's
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Separate dough into 10 biscuits: flatten into 5 inch circles. Press each into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside. In a skillet brown the beef and sausage, onion if you like, cook until done and drain. Add the BBQ sauce, mix well. Spoon the meat mixture into the biscuit cups and top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
