Breakfast Casserole

This recipe was shared with me by our niece.

Melt 2 ~ 3 Tbsp. butter in 9X9 pan.

In a bowl, scrabble 6 eggs
Add 1/3 cup sour cream,
1/3 cup milk
minced onion ~ I do a couple Tbsps.
1/3 cup grated cheese
2/3 cup sausage ~ I used a pound
1/4 tea. salt

Pour into prepared 9X9 pan.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

My guys love this.  Hope you like it too!
