Chicken Fried Steak


CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

4 cubed steaks (round steak)
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
2 teaspoons pepper
Salt while frying to your own taste

Heat oil in a large fry pan.

Mix together flour, and seasonings

Press steaks in flour mixture on both sides. Make sure they are coated well.

When oil is hot fry steaks. Turn when they are a golden brown.
Serve while hot and ENJOY!!!
