Creamed Cauliflower

Creamed Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower cut into pieces, wash and then boiled until tender.
While cauliflower is cooking:
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup flour
a dash of salt and pepper

When tender drain the water off and pour 1/2 cup of milk in pan over a very low heat.

Then add the mixture of butter, flour, & seasonings. Stir until creamed.

Serve and ENJOY!!
