Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 cube butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
powdered sugar

Let the butter and cream cheese soften then mix them and the vanilla.  Mix it well and then slowly mix in the powdered sugar until you get it the consistency that you like it. I use my Kitchen Aid and it whips it up so smooth and pretty!
Enjoy!!

  4. Oh, I know what I will be baking for the church's dessert auction for next week. I just might make some fondant carrots and place on top.
    Thank you
I see being it's a round cake; did you use 8 or 9 inch round pans?
