GARDEN FRESH GREEN BEENS

I love green beans out of the garden. When it is that time of year we eat a big plate of them with butter and salt and pepper. Yummy!!
This is a different varriation from boiling them in water.
We put some olive oil in the pan and heat. When nice and hot add the green beans. I use a heavey skillet from Wolf Man Puck. I love his pans. Then I salt and pepper and my favorite ingredient is Ginger. I use about as much Ginger as salt.
