Swedish Meatballs and Homemade Noodles

 Swedish Meatballs:
1 p.d. Hamburger
3/4 C. Milk
3/4C. Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4C. Onion
Mix everything together in bowl and make into meatballs.
Brown the meatballs into olive oil. remove and place
on a plate.
4 C. Water
5 tsp. Beef Bullion
2 tsp. Flour
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Add pan drippings to water mixture after boil. Simmer for 1 hour cover
with lid on.
Serve over noodles, potatoes or rice.

Homemade Noodles:
4 C. Flour
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Milk
Combine all ingredients. add enough milk to make dough wet but not sticky.
Roll thin, lay each noodle flat and let dry for 2 hours. Drop noodles in soup or
broth let cook till done anywere from 15-25 or longer. It just depends test
the noodles out.
FYI:The baking powder makes the noodle light and fluffy.
