Pork Enchiladas

This was prepared by our niece, she is a great cook.  Thanks for taking time to share with us all.

Pork roast ( I used 1/4 of it)
1 Can Black beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can green chilies
sour cream
green enchilada sauce
Cook roast then shred it.  Mix sour cream and soups together well, then mix everything together.   Put everything in flour tortillas ( I used TorttillaLand tortillas you get in the refrigerator section).  There lots better than other brands just sitting on the shelves.  You heat them on the stove. Put everything in tortillas top with green enchilada sauce ( I only use half a can, it gets to warm for my kids.)  Top with cheese.  Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
