Garlic and Swiss Mashed Potatoes

Cut up potatoes, leave most of the skins on.  I peel some so they don't look dirty.   Boil until done.  Drain, and rinse.  Add minced garlic and cubed Swiss cheese, and a little milk.  Mash them up, I leave some chunks so people know they are homemade.  Enjoy.
These pair up nicely with Chicken Fried Steak, as they are the same favors.

  3. Yumm, all these great recipes on the blog hop are making me so hungry and it is way to late to be snacking. I am adding this to my list of recipes to try. It has been a long while since I have made chicken fried steak...thinking it may be time again.
