Chicken Pot Pie


Chicken Pot Pie

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups cooked chicken chopped
place in pie dough
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown

*Pie Crusts will come another day
Today we used Pillsbury!

This is one of my Husbands favorites!!
