Peel and wash 5 regular sized Russet Potatoes
I used my Tater Twister to curl my potatoes (You can make the potatoes any shape you like)
Boil a large pan of water with 1 teaspoon salt
Place curled potatoes in boiling water for exactly 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Pre-heat oven to 450
Spray oil on a baking sheet ~
In a bowl add
1 slightly whipped egg
3 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Toss cooled potatoes in above mixture~ Then spread out evenly on oiled baking sheet. Pour a very small amount of olive oil over the coated potatoes. Sprinkle with Kosher salt. Bake until tender. Turn over to cook evenly.
